Job description

Purpose : The purpose of the role is to provide TPR data analysis and reporting support for Contract Lifecycle Management Technology (CLMT) project data activities and to identify the best tools available at ATB to support these tasks.

40% Allocation : Operational Reporting and Tool Maintenance

The role focuses on Third Party Relationships (Procurement) operational and ad hoc reporting requests, as well as tool maintenance (data sources, scorecards, and dashboards). This allows the Solution Intelligence Partners (SIP) teams to concentrate on the CLMT project and other strategic initiatives.

TPR Reporting Support :

• Compile data from various sources monthly and analyze to identify trends and risks related to scorecards and strategic goals.
• Prepare operational reports and handle ad hoc reporting requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis, and communicate proactively about any barriers.

TPR Reporting Tool Improvements :

• Prioritize and capacity-manage to improve manual reporting tools, simplifying the reporting process.

Top Skills : Data Analysis, Visualization & Metrics Reporting, Data Storytelling, Proficiency in Google Workspace (strongly preferred), and experience in a contractor role.

Critical Thinking & Problem Solving skills are also required.

Project Description : 60% Allocation : CLMT Implementation Project Support

• Perform data analysis and provide insights for project decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks involved in data migration.
• Execute data migration strategies, including profiling, cleansing, and mapping with stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and insights accuracy, collaborating with subject matter experts as needed.
• Collaborate with teams such as IT and business users during data migration.
