About The Position

Reporting to the Business Solutions and Reporting Consultant, the Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our operations through effective data management, dashboard development, and system administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into effective data visualizations
  • Create and manage data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query (M) transformations
  • Maintain data pipelines and data connections between Business Central, Excel, and Power BI
  • Act as a primary administrator and technical support for Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Manage user access, security roles, and system configurations
  • Support financial and operational teams with Business Central-related issues and data integrity
  • Coordinate with external consultants for system upgrades or troubleshooting
  • Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to provide insights that support business decision-making
  • Monitor KPIs and create ad-hoc reports as needed
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business or Data Analyst role
  • Knowledge of SQL is a requirement
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
  • Strong skills in Excel, including PowerPivot and advanced formulas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data clearly
  • Admin experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central considered an asset
  • Experience in financial reporting or accounting systems
  • Exposure to ERP implementations or integrations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
