Job summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with the ability to build scalable AI-driven applications in enterprise environments.

• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for business problems.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
• Develop applications leveraging LLMs, NLP, and Generative AI technologies.
• Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and architects to gather requirements and recommend AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and model deployment frameworks.
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Integrate ML models with enterprise applications through APIs and cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• Good years of application development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques.
• Experience with NLP and Generative AI.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), preferably in banking/financial services.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Good understanding of SQL and data processing.
• Experience with model evaluation metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score, RMSE, and MAE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range

- CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
