Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance, and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. With over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure, we are problem solvers.

This role is within our demand management and network infrastructure team, managing 60 million meters and providing advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

• Conduct quality validation activities to ensure data and photos from field teams meet Thames Water regulatory and accuracy standards.
• Complete and validate jobs daily across all work streams, ensuring completion within SLAs.
• Review and validate jobs (surveys/installs) and photographic evidence.
• Run daily reports and resolve issues to close jobs.
