We are MaRayTech Consulting Ltd., an IT services provider focusing on the financial sector, primarily serving insurance companies, banks, and FinTechs. We are currently seeking a Data Administrator for our expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis. The primary responsibilities include researching and gathering data for reports and applications, creating reports, and managing the company's administrative systems and data input needs. Comprehensive training will be provided, and there is an opportunity to increase pay after a successful training period. This role is suitable for a recent graduate looking to start their career.

Responsibilities and duties:
  1. Conduct online research using websites, online platforms, and direct applications.
  2. Read maps and interpret technical data; training will be provided.
  3. Create data reports for approval by line management.
  4. Complete and submit applications as directed by line management.
  5. Oversee receipt of customer orders and handle phone inquiries when necessary.
  6. Enter data into administrative systems, customer data systems, and OneDrive.
  7. Follow organizational policies and procedures for personal, business, and quality management systems.
  8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by line management.
Skills / Requirements:
  1. Recent graduate or prior administrative experience.
  2. Accurate data entry skills.
  3. Ability to work independently with guidance, training, and mentoring provided.
  4. Adaptability to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in Word, Office, and Excel; IT literate.
  6. Adobe experience is a plus but not required.
  7. Good communication skills, customer-focused, meticulous, able to prioritize, and conscientious.
