Job summary

DoorDash Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate for DashMart. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized while ensuring substitutions are approved when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and the stamina to be on your feet. Benefits start day one for full-time staff, with a nightly shift premium for 10pm–6am.

• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders from the app and handing off to drivers.
• Managing inventory and spoilage; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Keeping the warehouse organized and clean.
• Delighting customers by approving substitutions when needed.

DashMart is a store made possible by DoorDash. Customers order their convenience items in the DoorDash app, and our Warehouse Associates pick and pack those orders in a real, brick-and-mortar convenience store.

About the Role

• Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand off to our drivers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.
