What You Will Be Doing:

• Prepping food items for service
• Preparing food to order
• Maintaining a clean work area
• Closing the kitchen at the end of the day
• Occasionally opening the kitchen

The Person We Are Looking For:

• Passionate about food with 1-2 years of similar work experience
• Knowledge of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine is an asset
• Experience in high-volume kitchens
• Knowledgeable in garde manger and fryer areas
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize
• Basic knowledge of culinary operations, team player, hardworking, detail-oriented
• Flexible with availability for different shifts
• Food Safe Certification
