Under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine, Darya seeks a Kitchen Steward to support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and organization, ensuring smooth workflow, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

What you will be doing:

• Operating dishwashers efficiently
• Washing glassware and flatware
• Polishing all glassware and flatware
• Cleaning and sanitizing dishwasher mats, dish carts, and dish racks
• Receiving, stocking, and organizing food and supply orders
• Handling and storing cleaning products safely
• Maintaining the dish area, including sweeping, mopping, organizing, and garbage removal
• Performing other duties as assigned

The person we are looking for has:

• Previous experience in a dishwasher role or similar environment (asset)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to stand 100% of the time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
