Damso Izakaya is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate restaurant operations and food and beverage services
2. Define service types to be offered and implement operational procedures
3. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies
4. Recruit staff and oversee staff training
5. Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring optimal staff performance
6. Keep track of inventory and revenue streams, adjusting procedures as needed
7. Resolve customer complaints and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Job requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
