Job summary

TC Energy is seeking a program analyst to contribute to the CA Public Awareness program. You will support public awareness and damage prevention initiatives across the CA footprint, working with operations teams to mitigate risks and improve program performance.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent accreditation and 4+ years of related experience, with hybrid work options available in Canada. Occasional travel to the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• University degree or appropriate professional accreditation required or combined education/experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of related experience in public awareness, stakeholder engagement, or regulatory programs.
• Experience in the energy infrastructure sector is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the CA Public Awareness policies, programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor third-party risks, damages, and threats; assist with mitigation with operations teams.
• Develop presentations, awareness materials, and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Analyze program performance metrics to identify trends and improvements.
• Build relationships with internal departments, vendors, stakeholders, and landowners.
• Act as TC Energy ambassador with external stakeholders and landowners; promote safe work culture.
