Job summary

Tundra Oil & Gas, a Manitoba-based exploration and production company, invites applicants for a Damage Prevention Specialist based in the Virden Office. You will manage crossing and proximity requests, support the Land Department, and represent the company at 3rd party crossings to ensure compliance with CSA Z662 and Tundra’s internal standards.

This role requires knowledge of pipeline integrity, GPS data handling, CAD tools, and field supervision.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CSA Z662 and related codes is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Land Surveying is an asset.
  • Understanding of municipal, provincial and federal acts governing pipeline assets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage OneCall Manager system for crossing and proximity requests.
  • Draft and execute third-party Crossing Agreements.
  • Act as site representative at 3rd party crossings to ensure compliance.
  • Document and GPS data for buried infrastructure crossings per CSA Z662.
  • Prepare 3rd party flowline and crossing drawings.
  • Support integrity-related projects for field operations.
  • Assist with GPS data for new construction and mapping programs.
