The position offers a hybrid work model with training opportunities, including a paid 8-week program for AMF licensing readiness, and a starting salary of $52,295 CAD per year plus extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3 years of work experience.
• College diploma (or higher) recognized by authorities.
• Recognition of an international diploma (MIFI or WES) for Quebec.
• Advanced level of proficiency in French is required for Canada-wide communication.

What You Will Accomplish Daily

As a Damage Insurance Agent , you are the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to:

• Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust that supports the sale of auto and home insurance policies
• Follow the company’s underwriting policies
• Use your skills to help increase client retention
• Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs
• Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating environment
