Qualifications

Two-year college diploma in Food Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc. or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing laboratory or quality environment.
Proficiency operating and maintaining complex laboratory analytical and microbiological equipment.
Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
Familiarity with SAP or equivalent production quality tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instrumentation for testing on ingredients, product and environment.
Conduct routine quality line audits, sampling, and data recording on the production floor.
Use SAP for traceability and data capture across batches.
Prepare test solutions and maintain GLP/GMP compliance in the lab.
Record data accurately and communicate deviations to stakeholders promptly.
Perform sensory evaluation of finished dairy products and support root-cause investigations.
Assist with training and cross-training within QA and production teams.
