Responsibilities

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards
• Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer-ready at all times
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality
• Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy
• Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation
• Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance
• Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance
• Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard-free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
