Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Dairy/Frozen Associate to deliver excellent customer service and keep the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and well zoned. You will support stocking, pricing, merchandising, and ensure fresh products are available and shop‑ready.

The role requires the ability to work a variety of shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) and to maintain high safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting. Minimum pay starts at 15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Department Organization and Standards – Keep the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and customer‑ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality – Rotate merchandise regularly and check for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy – Ensure merchandise is accurately signed and priced and follow procedures for ordering, clearance, and labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation – Adhere to cold chain and food safety standards including temperature checks and proper food handling.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance – Maintain department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance – Maintain a neat, clean, hazard‑free work area and follow all policies and health guidelines.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) – Be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
