Location: CHANEL - Toronto, Ontario or Montreal, Quebec
Reports to: IT Manager
Contract: Full-time and permanent position

Your role @Chanel:

This is an individual contributor role.

Reporting to the IT Manager, as a Business Solutions Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the software development lifecycle within the business solutions tower and partner management for third-party application support managed services.

You should have in-depth, hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Point of Sale (POS) solutions, including integration between multiple systems. An excellent understanding of key business processes in supply chain management, finance, retail, and sales is essential.

What impact you can create at Chanel:

• Manage periodic releases and ongoing enhancements for Chanel Canada's application landscape within Finance, Logistics, and Retail Solutions, including but not limited to D365 and AX2012.
• Manage third-party application support partner service delivery.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, with support from SMEs as needed.
• Drive technical changes and small to intermediate projects independently, supporting larger projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage Agile and waterfall delivery teams and partners both onshore and offshore.
• Collaborate with solution teams to create top-tier software development and testing processes, including test plans and scripts.
• Address complex technical challenges with support from internal and external SMEs.
• Coordinate with Global, Regional, and Local teams to ensure information security and business continuity.
• Support organizational change management activities.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience with ERP and/or POS systems is essential; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and AX is a significant advantage.
• Background in e-application delivery, project management, business analysis, or functional consulting, with a strong understanding of supply chain, finance, retail, and sales processes, preferably in luxury or retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, architecture, and EDI.
• Understanding of SDLC and release management processes.
• Experience working on large projects with multiple teams, complex integrations, and dependencies, using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Previous experience collaborating with offshore teams and managed service providers.
• Leading small to medium projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and PowerBI; knowledge of RPA and Power Platform tools is beneficial.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, documentation, and written skills.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, CSPO, or SAFe POPM are desirable.
