Job summary

Progression3 is seeking a highly motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst specializing in Warehousing to evolve and support our D365 F&O environment. You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions across warehousing, logistics, and customer service.

You will lead fit-gap analyses, design functional specs, configure modules, and support full project lifecycles from design through user training and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, configuration, or support.
• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O Warehousing, Customer Service, or related supply chain modules.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering methodologies.
• Experience creating functional specifications, user stories, test cases, and business process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable D365 F&O solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and prepare Functional Design Documents for reports, integrations, data conversions, extensions, and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and optimize system functionality.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders and project teams.
• Configure D365 F&O modules to support business requirements and processes.
• Participate in all phases of full-cycle implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and validating solutions.
• Ensure successful integration between D365 F&O and related applications.
• Develop and execute system testing strategies including UAT.
• Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and system documentation.
• Gather user feedback and recommend continuous improvements.
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents and enhancement requests.
• Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities and best practices.
