One of our longest standing clients is on the hunt for a seasoned D365 CE Solution Architect who has strong customization and configuration expertise. Any additional knowledge of D365 F&O, Microsoft Azure & integration tools would be a huge asset to succeed in this position.

Key information/Requirements?

• 8+ years experience in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Proven track record in a Solution Architect or senior-level role, with responsibility for designing large-scale CRM solutions, particularly within customer-facing functions such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 CE, including requirements gathering, solution design, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, including customizations and configurations (e.g., entities, forms, views, workflows, security roles).
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, and their integration with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), and various integration methodologies and tools.
