As a D365 CE / CRM Marketing Functional Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering transformative Customer Engagement solutions that incorporate D365 CRM and D365 Customer Insights - Journeys. You’ll guide the functional workstream across all phases of the project lifecycle—from envisioning to implementation—ensuring alignment with client goals and operational excellence.
You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and delivery teams, leading discovery sessions, defining business processes, and translating requirements into scalable, Microsoft-native solutions.
