Job summary

Altea Active in Winnipeg, MB is seeking part-time fitness instructors to lead Cycle and other boutique formats.

You will deliver engaging classes, coach participants, and help build a welcoming community while maintaining high professional standards.

The role pays $45 CAD per hour, with a complimentary Altea membership and growth opportunities within Canada's premier wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Current certification in one or more formats — Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Cycle, Yoga, Boxing, Barre, Tread, HIIT, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience teaching group fitness classes in a premium or studio environment.
• Additional format certifications are a strong asset.
• Reliable, punctual, and holds a consistently high standard of preparation and professionalism.
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C, maintained annually.
• Criminal Background Check required prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Classes. Planned, coached, and executed at the Altea standard.
• Coach, Not Just Cue. Watch participants, offer real-time modifications and encouragement.
• Build Your Community. Regular members remember your name and your coaching style.
• Show Up Prepared. Setup complete before the first member walks in; music ready and on time.
