Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager in Montreal, QC. You will align strategic objectives with project plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and lead diverse teams including analysts, architects, and HR.

You will report to sponsors and Steering Committees and ensure governance across the project lifecycle. The role requires 5–10 years of experience in cybersecurity projects, experience with SaaS/Cloud/Endpoint Security, and bilingual English–French communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business, CS or engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience managing large cybersecurity projects.
• Hands-on delivery of cybersecurity-centric projects (SaaS, Cloud, Endpoint Security).
• Strong knowledge of corporate processes and matrix organizations.
• Fluency in English and French (bilingual).

Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment and planning to meet objectives.
• Delivery governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality.
• Stakeholder and PMO reporting to sponsors and committees.
• Lead and supervise project contributors and approve timesheets.
• Coordinate transition to operations and enforce PMO processes.
• Validate invoices from external suppliers.
