The Role

As an IGA consultant, you will lead IGA advise and implementation projects, assisting clients with assessment, technical design, and deployment of Identity and Access Management solutions. Experience in cloud and on-premises environments, IAM strategy, and familiarity with platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, and Microsoft Entra ID Governance are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct IGA assessments, architecture design, and solution development.
• Provide expertise on IGA topics across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Participate in governance processes and promote IAM standards.
• Design effective, scalable, and strategic architecture solutions.
• Align security policies with industry standards and business needs.
• Manage technical delivery of IGA projects, working with stakeholders.
• Review and develop IGA roadmaps.
• Implement security configurations and develop IGA solutions.
• Set up policies, audits, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical expertise and conduct client training on IGA best practices.
• Monitor metrics for improvements and stay updated on industry trends.
• Collaborate across teams for seamless system integration.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with IGA platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
• Experience leading end-to-end IGA implementation projects.
• Knowledge of provisioning, compliance, and integration with authoritative sources.
• Understanding of industry standards (NIST, DIACCC).
• Technical skills in JAVA, Webservices, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize application onboarding and requirements gathering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Canadian Federal Security clearance is a plus.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or TOGAF/SABSA are advantageous.
