As an IGA Consultant, your responsibilities include:

1. Leading IGA Advice and Implementation projects, including assessment, technical design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions.
2. Driving IAM strategy, technology changes, and project delivery in cloud and on-premises environments.
3. Integrating solutions across various IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and Microsoft Entra ID Governance.
4. Developing and maintaining IGA architecture, policies, and standards aligned with industry best practices.
5. Managing technical delivery, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of IGA solutions.
6. Providing training and support to clients and internal teams.
7. Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in identity governance.

Skills and qualifications include:

• 3-5 years of experience with IGA platforms like Saviynt and end-to-end project implementation.
• Knowledge of IAM phases, including assessment, design, configuration, and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC.
• Experience with integration of authoritative sources and automation using Saviynt and related tools.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Cloud environment experience (AWS, Azure) is preferred.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
• Canadian Federal Security clearance is advantageous.
