The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Financial Services Cybersecurity team in Toronto. You’ll work alongside industry professionals, applying leading practices to manage cybersecurity capabilities. You’ll gain insights into cybersecurity programs and strategies across various industries, designing measurable, sustainable programs to keep pace with the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

This role is within our IT Consulting team, which helps clients enhance operational effectiveness by shifting from transaction-level controls to value-driven decision support and analytics.

Your key responsibilities
  1. Participate in client engagement teams, delivering and leading cybersecurity and IT risk projects.
  2. Establish and maintain internal and external relationships.
  3. Identify business opportunities and escalate risks as needed.
  4. Ensure high-quality work that is reviewed appropriately.
  5. Willingness to travel is required.

  • Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Build relationships with client personnel.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and developments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields such as Information Security, Business Management, or Computer Science.
  • 8-10 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including cloud security, network security, incident response, and more.
  • Practical knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and risk assessments.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data analytics knowledge.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity in Industrial Control Systems and Operational Technology is a plus.
Preferred qualities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
