Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Eyecare Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their prescription, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences.
• Schedule eye exams and liaise with eye care professionals as needed.
• Check-in and pre-test patients for the doctor, including equipment such as Autorefractor, Tonometry, OCT, and Visual Field.
• Interpret and verify prescriptions provided by optometrists or ophthalmologists.
• Provide information on lens types, coatings, and frame styles.
• Educate clients on eye health, digital eye strain, blue light protection, and other vision topics.
• Stay updated with eyewear trends, vision care technologies, and product innovations.
• Achieve sales goals through upselling and personalized service.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Guide clients on the proper care and handling of eyewear and contact lenses.

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred.
