Arobas Personnel is looking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant for a contractual mandate with one of our clients based in Montreal or Sherbrooke.

*Remote : Hybrid- 3 days/week in the office*

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Governance & Compliance:
  Ensure that cybersecurity governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements are seamlessly embedded into major projects.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation:
  Analyze project environments to identify cyber risks, vulnerabilities, and potential threats. Provide actionable risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Security Advisory:
  Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to project teams, offering guidance on industry best practices, security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.), and compliance mandates.
• Solution Development:
  Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Project Management teams to design and implement practical, tailored security solutions aligned with project goals.
• Security by Design:
  Champion security integration from the early stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise security architecture and business priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to promote security awareness and support risk-informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity.
• Proven background in governance and compliance.
• Strong expertise in risk identification and mitigation.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, etc.).
• Practical experience in Microsoft security technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Teams.
• Familiarity with SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.
• Bilingual (French & English); fluency in English is mandatory.

Assets:

• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
