The RSM Cyber Testing and Response (CTR) team is part of the RSM Security Privacy & Risk Consulting (SPRC) practice. CTR offers application and network penetration testing, cyber threat intelligence, digital forensics, and response services. The Growth Director role focuses on expanding our client base and service portfolio across the entire SPRC offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong record as a trusted advisor in security and privacy, with a passion for building long-term client relationships. You should be a self-starter capable of identifying and executing growth initiatives to increase client engagement and market share for RSM as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Create a growth plan to attract new clients to the RSM SPR practice
• Identify opportunities to sell SPR services to existing clients
• Develop strategies to expand current client engagements (starburst plans)
• Foster a culture of collaboration within SPR pursuits
• Utilize business development skills to build a pipeline of growth opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies
• Meet revenue goals and align client services with market needs
• Communicate strategic security perspectives to clients to address cyber risks
• Hire, develop, and retain talented team members
• Oversee delivery of client engagements to ensure satisfaction
• Train consultants on opportunity growth techniques

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field from an accredited institution
• Proven success in selling and delivering security, privacy, and risk consulting engagements
• Experience in identifying and pursuing new service opportunities through the sales cycle
• Ability to understand and address client needs, developing meaningful relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in a professional services or large consultancy environment

Compensation Range: $127,645 - $216,855

Eligible individuals will receive a discretionary bonus based on performance.
