We’re seeking someone to join our Data Loss Prevention Squad as a Cyber Security Site Reliability Engineering Specialist in Data Protection Services to enhance the performance and reliability of the critical cyber security controls which the squad develops and operates.

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Software Production Management & Reliability Engineering III position at Director level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What You’ll Do In The Role

  • Contribute to the function through complex project tasks and initiatives.
  • Interact regularly with team members and occasionally leadership on a range of topics.
  • Manage service delivery of critical cyber security controls.
  • Develop and enhance observability tools and techniques within the squad (for example Prometheus and Grafana).
  • Develop automation and testing frameworks to support on-prem and cloud based DLP control stacks.
  • Modernize capacity management processes and tooling.
  • Modernize monitoring and alerting framework used within the squad.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • Ability to process information, translate into plans and present summaries to stakeholders.
  • Experienced understanding of business line and discipline.
  • Experience of production service definition and delivery.
  • Experience of Service Level Agreement and Service Level Objective definitions.
  • Knowledge of common platform management tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Observability and data science skills such as Splunk.
