Responsibilities

• Conseiller sur les pratiques de gestion des risques en cybersécurité pour l'infrastructure IT.
• Effectuer des évaluations régulières des risques pour identifier les menaces.
• Mettre en œuvre de nouveaux contrôles de sécurité conformes aux normes.

Job description

A leading French Canadian IT Service Provider is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Advisor for a long-term contract with their Quebec Government client.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of Cyber Security experience and have an expert knowledge on all things Risk Management and Security compliance.

You will be based in the Montreal office 1x per week and work from home 4x per week.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on Cyber Security Risk Management practices for Cloud Computing, SAP and other IT and Security Infrastructure
• Conduct regular Risk Assessments to identify risks
• Implement new security controls, processes and standards to meet compliance standards - LADOPPRP, NERC, NIST, ISO
• Manage the security risks associated with various tech projects

Skills/Must have:

• 10 years + experience in the field of cybersecurity;
• 9 years + of experience in the cloud computing field;
• 5 years + of experience in the SAP cybersecurity field (a definite asset)
• Knowledge of different normative security, contractual and market frameworks (LADOPPRP, NERC, Energy Authority);
• Holding a security domain certification is an asset (CISSP, CRISC, etc.)
• French Speaking is a MUST

Salary:

• $70 per hour
