Cyber Awareness and Training Analyst

Arobas Personnel is seeking a Cyber Awareness and Training Analyst for a contract position with one of our clients based in Montreal.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Design and deliver cybersecurity training programs, including the creation of content, selection of delivery formats (e.g., e-learning modules, live workshops), and facilitation of training sessions.
• Educate employees on current cyber threats, including phishing, malware, ransomware, and social engineering tactics.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices, such as secure password management, safe email usage, and proper incident reporting procedures.
• Measure training effectiveness and adjust content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Regularly update training materials to reflect evolving cybersecurity risks and industry best practices.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to employees regarding cybersecurity questions and concerns.
• Help instill a security-first mindset throughout the organization by encouraging proactive behaviors and incident reporting.
• Conduct phishing simulations to evaluate employee readiness and response.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity or security analysis.
  • At least 1 year of experience specifically in security awareness and training.
• Proven experience in:
  • Developing and maintaining cybersecurity awareness programs and related policies.
  • Monitoring training engagement and providing actionable feedback.
  • Aligning awareness initiatives with organizational goals.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current cybersecurity threats and trends.

Bilingual (French/English) or fluent English-speaking candidates required.
