Join us as an IT Access and Compliance Coordinator and be the driving force behind seamless onboarding and offboarding for users of Cyber, Privacy & Financial Crimes, including external clients. You’ll ensure timely access, maintain meticulous records, and collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold compliance. Dive into regular access reviews and support users with routine checks. Your role is pivotal in streamlining processes and enhancing user experiences.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of

As a Cyber-as-a-Service (CaaS) Access and Compliance Coordinator, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Maintain and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for both CaaS and 1CP&FC. Ensure access is granted and revoked promptly for internal and client applications.
  • Internal Team Movement: Track and monitor internal team movement access based on requests from HR and Managers. Ensure all access changes are documented and compliant with company policies.
  • Audit Management: Maintain records of quarterly internal audits. Ensure all audit documentation is up to date and readily available for review.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Connect with Points of Contact (POC) to create SOPs for new clients or maintain periodic reviews with clients on existing SOPs. Ensure SOPs are always up to date and align with client requirements.
  • Access Review and Verification: Perform regular access reviews to ensure proper access levels and compliance. Cross-verify onboarding and offboarding of users to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • User Support and Troubleshooting: Connect with new users post-onboarding to address access issues. Troubleshoot backend issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Master Tracker Management: Review and update each master tracker regularly. Ensure all data is current and accurately reflects the status of all activities.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular and rigorous communication with clients. Track and facilitate access requests to ensure prompt fulfillment.
  • Process Improvements: Possess excellent documentation skills and experience in process improvements.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve problems
  • Proven experience in IT access management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of internal audit processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and cloud-based applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with Data Analytics, ServiceNow, and Automation is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
