We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Enablement Support Specialist to support our Industrial Sales team and drive operational excellence and contribute to the delivery of an impactful and positive customer experience. In this role, you will support Key Account Specialists by being the administrative backbone of the sales process. You will ensure data integrity, process sales orders, ensure timely shipment of product and through cross-collaborative initiatives, equip the team with high-impact sales materials. You will analyze sales and customer data, sharing recommendations on actionable insights through observations of customer purchasing behaviours and trends. With these efforts, you will help our sales team stay focused on both building deep client relationships and identifying new opportunities by providing the operational foundation they need to succeed.
Job Description
What You’ll Do :
Provide administrative, and data management support to the sales team, allowing them to focus on growing client relationships and identifying revenue opportunities.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer records and communication history within NetSuite, or other systems as required.
Monitor the full lifecycle of sales opportunities—from lead generation through sales order, fulfillment, purchase order, and payment received.
Analyze current customer and sales data to identify behavioral trends, purchasing behaviours, and cross-selling / up-selling opportunities to help the team target strategic growth.
Partner with the sales team to re-engage past clients by identifying patterns that contributed to reduced sales or churn.
Coordinate the development and upkeep of sales collateral (Email Templates, Flyers), ensuring materials are accurate, align with customers' needs, and represent current offerings and sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and purchasing to ensure alignment and streamline sales operations.
Help define, track, and report on KPIs such as conversion rates, margins, customer retention, purchase frequency rate and customer purchase growth rate as well as other KPIs that align to business sales strategy.
Support prospecting efforts by enabling the team with targeted lists, relevant marketing materials, key contacts and market intelligence (market trends / competitor activity).
Assist in benchmarking and creating a KPI Performance Dashboard, reporting on what’s working and where adjustments are needed to meet sales goals.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role with a focus on administrative coordination and data analysis.
Strong experience working with ERP / CRM systems (NetSuite is a significant asset).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and general proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a collaborative mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities.
Experience in a sales environment, tracking sales activities is an asset.
