  • Days : Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Hours : 4 : 45 PM – 5 : 00 AM (12-hour shifts)
  • Pay : $28–$34 per hour
  • Incentive : Work 36 hours and receive an additional 4 incentive hours.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.
  • Select welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications.
  • Utilize angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
  • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in maximizing material utilization and minimizing waste.
  • Welding proficiency in all positions with Flux core and Metalcore; TIG is an asset.
  • Experience with aluminum, stainless, carbon, and mild steel welding is a significant asset.
  • Clear communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Must be available to work the specified weekend night shift .
