Qualifications

• Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• BLS Certification current; ACLS certification within one year.
• Experience in Open Heart Surgery and OR across specialties preferred.
• Ability to think critically and prioritize in emergencies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative care in the CVOR following nursing standards.
• Collaborate in a professional OR team focused on quality patient care.
• Support a CVOR on-call schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays.
