Job summary

Mastronardi Produce is seeking a part-time Customs Coordinator at our Kingsville office to manage international trade documents and compliance. You will coordinate cross-border shipments and advise on customs-related issues to maintain strong broker and carrier relationships.

The role requires a college diploma or equivalent customs experience, strong communication, and detailed, accurate work. Typical hours are 10am-7pm, Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday.

• Effective communication, problem solving, attention to detail and Intermediate computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs paperwork for all International Trade.
• Act as an advisor on all International shipments.
• Ensure NAFTA Certificates are complete.
• Represent Mastronardi Produce in all customs related issues.
• Ensure full compliance.
• Coordinate movement of cross border shipments (CA/US transfers).

Our Kingsville head office location is currently seeking a Customs Coordinatorto join our team. The essential function of this position is preparation of customs documents and maintenance of our standing with Canada and US customs through our brokers, drivers, and employees.

Working hours

10am-7pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 8am-5pm
