At Clipboard Health, our Worker Operations (W-Ops) team powers the supply side of our marketplace, focusing on everything worker-related. We ensure healthcare professionals receive the support they need to thrive after onboarding.
We’re looking for 24 experienced customer support specialists each month until the end of the year, who want to start in our queues, solve problems, understand complex systems, and grow quickly. If you’re someone who dives deep, thinks critically, and treats every conversation as an opportunity to build trust and clarity, you’re our ideal candidate.

We prefer to promote from within, and this frontline role is your chance to master our business from the ground up. Our best agents often advance into leadership roles within 3 to 6 months.
