After four years of focused execution, Avee has reached product-market fit and is now entering its next growth phase. We’re building a strong on-site team in Langley and are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

🛠 What You’ll Do
  • Support patients across multiple touchpoints including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Guide patients through appointment booking, service questions, and care coordination
  • Resolve day-to-day operational and basic technical issues with clarity and empathy
  • Work closely with medical, operations, and technical teams to elevate and resolve patient concerns
  • Maintain accurate records and follow internal workflows to ensure continuity of care
  • Contribute feedback from patient interactions to help improve internal processes and product experience
