Customer Support Specialist - Full Time, Remote (Little Rock, Arkansas)

IPG works across the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, handling various claims including auto physical damage, inland marine cargo, dealers' open lot, property damage (commercial and homeowners), and general liability.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for client claims.
• Set up all new claims within the required time frame.
• Answer all phone calls for client programs.
• Follow up on all open claims in client systems and claim files.
• Assist with other programs when needed.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong writing skills and proper grammar to document claim file notes clearly.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others inside and outside the company.

Environment / Working Conditions

• Dynamic environment with tight deadlines, changing priorities.

• Office environment with prolonged computer use.
• Remote work with possible travel to the home office, etc.
• Only US residents considered.
• Availability to work between 10 am and 7 pm.
