We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role is integral to the seamless operation of our advanced solutions, supporting both our member and supplier partners as well as a group’s internal staff. This position is critical for ensuring prompt, accurate, and effective customer service while managing various operational tasks.
