Qualifications

Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience.

  1. Experience with streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills, and understanding of streaming on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  2. Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  3. Technical support experience
  4. Strong problem diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  5. Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  6. Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
