Your Role in a Fully Remote, Connected Environment: As a Customer Support Representative, reporting to the Manager of Customer Care, you'll enjoy the flexibility of knowing we are dedicated to keeping our team connected and engaged, regardless of location. You will support our diverse client base, ensuring they maximize the benefits of Q360. This role offers a launchpad within our Customer Success team, with opportunities to advance into new roles within 9–12 months.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with our growing customer base, helping them resolve issues with their use of Q360.
  2. Triage inbound support inquiries via email and phone, assessing priority and initiating resolution.
  3. Document, prioritize, investigate, and dispatch service calls promptly.
  4. Maintain transparent communication with customers regarding updates on service calls.
  5. Stay updated on product changes, process updates, and trends to adapt to customer needs.
