Harvard Developments is hiring aCustomer Support Representative IIin Regina to join its Harvard Service team in providing an exceptional customer service experience. The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers and handles the administration of each request to our team members. This position requires excellent communication, attention to detail and office skills; as well as a strong proficiency with computers including MS Office and email, electronic filing, data entry and contact management applications. As an innovative, ever-changing company, the successful candidate will also be a quick learner in new computer programs and systems.
