Overview :

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key liaison between Noreast and our valued customers. This customer-facing role requires a professional, friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless customer experience. You will manage orders, address inquiries, and coordinate shipments, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all customer-related matters.

The successful candidate must be on site at our facility to perform their role and should be a strong team player with a positive mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and support.

JOB TYPE : Permanent

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main contact for all customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, billing, and credits.
  • Provide timely updates and support on order status, changes, and tracking.
  • Log and track all customer interactions in our Odoo ERP system.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customer accounts payable departments.
  • Follow up on customer satisfaction surveys to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Prepare Open orders report to email to key customers on weekly basis.

Production Shipment Coordination :

  • Work with the Production Manager to ensure order readiness and scheduled shippingcommitments are met.
  • If delays occur, liaise with Sales and customers to align alternate shipping arrangements.
  • Support creation of credit memos when required by QA.
  • Skill Requirements :

  • Customer first” mindset focused on advocating for the customer within Noreast.
  • Positive “can do” attitude combined with strong team player mindset enables effectively collaborating with both external stake holders (customer) and internally (Noreast) to resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and written skills.
  • Friendly, professional personality with a passion for customer service.
  • Very comfortable with technology and good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
  • Ability to work well independently with a strong attention to detail and an ability to learn new skills quickly and independently.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • College diploma or university degree in Business or related field.
  • 2+ years of B2B customer service experience; experience in electronic components is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
  • Technically inclined with the ability to understand basic product functionality.
  • Demonstrated experience using ERP / CRM tools for order management.
  • Must be on site to perform the role.
