We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Operations Specialist to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride-hailing businesses.

As a Customer Support Operations Specialist, you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient, in addition to creating the best customer experience.

About The Role

The Customer Support Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers and partners by assisting with inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. This role ensures a seamless support experience, addresses questions and concerns, and upholds market response quality to meet the company’s service standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Represent Bolt in Canada.
  • Support Bolt’s Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps.
  • Support our business partners in daily interactions with our users.
  • Create loyal fans by showing them we really care.
  • Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt’s customer support.
About you:
  • You speak English and French, with a minimum proficiency of C1 level in both, written and spoken; any other language is a plus.
  • You have a positive and hard-working attitude.
  • You have a high attention to detail.
  • Basic Google Sheets/Excel knowledge is a plus.
  • You're passionate about improving cities and ride-hailing.
