About the Position

Engage2Excel is actively looking for a dynamic person to join our Contact Center Team as a Customer Service Agent for a temporary one-year assignment. The candidate must reside in Canada. We seek motivated team members who enjoy providing quality customer service and contributing ideas within a collaborative environment. We offer a creative and enthusiastic work environment that encourages open exchange of ideas and forward-thinking initiatives. If you believe this describes you, we want you on board!

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by receiving and processing requests based on program specifications via phone and/or ticketing systems.
  • Interact with customers to provide information and technical assistance regarding accounts, orders, websites, products, shipping, and more.
  • Coordinate shipments and returns.
  • Perform clerical duties such as writing letters, printing, filing, and folding.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in common business applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent typing skills and ability to multi-task.

Languages:

  • Fluent in French and English. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, as they will interact with clients inside and outside Quebec.

Job Details:

  • Temporary, full-time, 37.5 hours per week for one year.
