Responsibilities:

1. Be the first point of contact via SMS and email, providing quick, friendly support.
2. Guide clients through their journey and ensure their success.
3. Build strong relationships with clients, advocating for their needs.
4. Collaborate with teams to prioritize customer feedback.

Qualifications:

1. 2-3 years in customer success or account management.
2. Excellent communication and relationship skills.
3. Self-motivated and customer-focused.
