As a CSM you ensure that our clients are properly onboarded & truly satisfied with the services that we’ve provided them. Our CSMs work closely with municipalities to implement strategies that will radically improve the challenges they face in managing their infrastructure assets. Manage the project from design to implementation and then training. Be an expert in our software and clearly articulate the strength and value it brings to our customers. you are responsible for the entire customer relationship during implementation including customer on-boarding and enablement as well as implementing business strategies to drive and help the customer realize the full potential of their Streetlogix investment. You are part of an agile, interdisciplinary team and work in close collaboration with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
