About the Role:
As a Customer Success Manager for Canadian Civil Government, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with federal, provincial, and municipal agencies across Canada. You will help customers maximize the value of Planet’s imagery and geospatial solutions, ensuring that they can effectively integrate Planet data into their workflows for applications such as environmental monitoring, emergency response, and land management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Canadian government agencies and a strong ability to navigate complex government structures, decision-making processes, and interagency relationships. The ability to identify and build connections between ministries and stakeholders will be key to driving adoption and impact across government initiatives.
This is a full-time, remote position based in Canada.
