Customer Success Manager - Asset and Wealth Management

Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will connect clients to our products, providing guidance throughout the customer's lifecycle and creating conditions for optimal contract renewal and growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop expertise: Become a subject matter authority across LSEG's products, especially LSEG Workspace and Market Monitor, guiding clients to maximize their subscriptions and driving adoption of financial analytics and reporting tools.
  2. Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with your portfolio of LSEG customers from sale to onboarding and expansion. Build relationships, proactively contact users, and visit their sites (25% travel). Engage with a range of partners including C-Suite, desk heads, and end users.
  3. Monitor customer health: Assess product usage, interaction quality, and create strategies to mitigate cancellation risks, collaborating across teams and incorporating competitor insights.
  4. Customer Education: Demonstrate and educate end-users on product use, promote new features, and review product roadmaps to incorporate feedback.
  5. Drive expansion: Identify and propose new opportunities and products to existing clients.
  6. Partner Collaboration: Work with Account Managers, Implementation Specialists, Product Managers, and Support teams to meet customer needs and represent their voice.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years in customer success, sales, consulting, or related roles
  • Financial expertise in wealth management, portfolio analytics, valuation, or financial modeling
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Market Data applications preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving and collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven
