Role Overview:Creator is seeking a Customer Success Manager, focused in Agencies, to join our Strategy team, supporting the performance, social media and ad agencies that license our influencer marketing platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with our agency partners to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns, providing strategic advice and campaign support. You'll manage the technical and strategic onboarding process, help pitch new brands, provide training and best practices, and offer ongoing support to agency clients. This position is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for influencer marketing, and the ability to provide creative solutions that drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Strategy & Campaign Management: Plan influencer marketing campaigns for agency clients, ensuring goals, KPIs, and strategies align.
  • Onboarding & Technical Support: Lead strategic and technical training for new agency clients, ensuring they are set up for success on our platform.
  • Strategic Advice & Support: Provide strategic advice on influencer marketing best practices, campaign optimization, and ad-hoc creator recruitment for agencies.
  • Sales Support: Assist agency partners with sales efforts, including pitching to new brands to help them expand their client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring campaigns are executed according to timelines and meet performance goals.
  • Platform Proficiency: Become proficient in using our influencer marketing platform to recruit influencers, manage campaigns, and track outcomes.
  • Support Ticket Management: Efficiently manage support tickets, delivering clear and helpful resolutions to address any client concerns or technical issues
  • Agency Community Management — Manage a community of agencies to facilitate brainstorming, Q&As, & regular webinars to share platform updates, industry trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • 1+ year of client management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and client-facing situations.
  • Proven ability to suggest and implement new ideas to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Agency experience strongly preferred

Compensation Range:

We offer a starting annual salary of $60,000-75,000 CAD

Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks.
